2025 Annual Summary Conference of Xinyi Solar and Xinyi Energy Concludes Successfully
On February 6, 2026, the 2025 Annual Summary Conference of Xinyi Solar and Xinyi Energy was successfully hosted. The conference was attended by Mr. Lee Yin Yee, Chairman of the Board of Xinyi Group,accompanied by Mrs. Lee, Mr. Tung Ching Bor, Vice Chairman of the Board of Xinyi Group, Mr. Tung Ching Sai, Executive Director and CEO of Xinyi Glass, Mr. Lee Shing Put, CEO of Xinyi Solar and Chairman of the Board of Xinyi Energy, Mr. Lee Yau Ching, Executive Director of Xinyi Solar, Mr. Tung Fong Ngai, Executive Director and CEO of Xinyi Energy and Mr. Li Man Yin, Executive Director of Xinyi Solar. Over 220 individuals participated in the conference, including management cadres at assistant ministerial level and above of Xinyi Solar and Xinyi Energy, sales representatives, personnel with intermediate and senor titles within the Group, and outstanding employee representatives.
The conference was conducted via video conferencing, with the main venue located at Shenzhen Industrial Park and sub venues set up in industrial parks in Wuhu, Zhangjiagang, Beihai, Qujing, Malaysia, Indonesia and several solar farms.
At the conference, Chairman Mr. LEE Yin Yee, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Group, extended cordial greetings and best wishes to all Xinyi employees and their families, and expressed high expectations for the development of Xinyi Solar and Xinyi Energy in 2026. He emphasized that Xinyi Group will always uphold the original aspiration of serving the country through industry, bear the responsibility of caring for the country and the nation, be grateful to and repay society, and care for employees wholeheartedly. He also hoped that all colleagues will continue to forge ahead, adhere to the bottom line of safety and quality, pay close attention to integrity construction, and move forward with determination and dedication with a pioneering and forging spirit.

The conference carried out various agendas around the annual work summary and new annual planning. Each system delivered work reports in turn, comprehensively reviewing the work achievements in 2025, in-depth analyzing the problems and deficiencies in the work process, and systematically planning the key work in 2026 in line with the company's development goals. After the reports, Mr. LEE Shing Put, CEO of Xinyi Solar, and Mr. TUNG Fong Ngai, CEO of Xinyi Energy, respectively made comprehensive summaries of the whole-year work in 2025 in combination with industry trends and actual development conditions, and put forward clear requirements for the development of key work in 2026.

Mr. LEE Shing Put stated that in 2025, centered on the strategic goal of "building confidence and self-reliance to turn crisis into opportunity", we united in our efforts and forged ahead with determination. Throughout the year, we not only turned the tide, but also solidified our global market share, continuously leading the industry. 2026 is a crucial year of transformation for the photovoltaic industry. We will focus on the new strategic direction of "improving quality, innovating, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and creating new differentiated advantages", make progress while maintaining stability, continuously cultivate new quality productive forces, further increase market share, expand leading advantages, and write a new chapter of high-quality development.

Mr. TUNG Fong Ngai stated that in 2025, China's new energy industry policy shifted from policy-driven to market-driven. Faced with changes, Xinyi Energy responded quickly to market changes, effectively ensuring the safe operation of the company's assets and the achievement of the basic return rate target. 2026 is a crucial year for accumulating energy and moving towards the second growth curve. We will focus on industry development trends, rise to challenges, work diligently, stabilize the foundation and seize opportunities in the industry changes, and spare no effort to achieve to complete the various goals of the group's high-quality development.
The achievements and sustainable development of the company are inseparable from the hard work and unremitting struggle of every Xinyi person. At this conference, 11 outstanding teams and 28 outstanding individuals who worked diligently and performed excellently in various tasks and their respective positions in 2025 were grandly commended. In the past year, they based themselves on their own duties, worked diligently and practically, fulfilled their missions with their original aspirations, achieved good results with their responsibilities, interpreted extraordinary achievements in ordinary positions, and delivered brilliant answers with practical actions.
